  Reservations have to be confirmed by email (with
  flight #) at least 7days before the booked date of
  arrival.
  It is wise to book the flights at the same time as the
   room(s), because they are often full. Plan for one
   month ahead, and even 2 months for the hi-season.
   This will allow you to give us your flight information
   early, which will contribute to secure your
   reservation quickly.

  Depending on our occupancy a pre-payment may be
  required for a stay longer than 3 nights, or if the
  information provided seems insufficient to allow us to
  secure your booking.
